on some days, i am just so tempted to point the finger at anything and everything around me.

i barely sat down to read my notes for half an hour and already i am back at the computer. absolutely restless and lacking in discipline and motivation.

i need to quit this addiction.

i've got work piled up to my head
all i wanna do is jump into bed
and wash away my troubles with lemonade

hayley westenra's cover of may it be, her voice is beautiful as always. but i now know why i didn't quite like her as part of celtic woman. she's simply too classical to pull off folk, or whatever.



next is her cover of kate bush's wuthering heights. it's written from cathy's point of view, when she returns to haunt heathcliff. i don't like her rendition of it. it's too happy. i mean, if she started acting out the song the audience would probably have been quite bewildered. butbutbut in that case she shouldn't have included it in her lineup in the first place ):



then you have the original. wuthering heights, as performed by kate bush. complete with dancing and singing. obssessed, delirious, simply barking mad. bizarre to the extreme... but it goes better with the words.

back from europe with a haul and severe jetlag. slept at 6am. woke up at 3pm. joy


blogging seems like an awful chore, haha.

Reading alternate endings to The Black Magician trilogy, and DOWNLOADING LOVELY COMPLEX TO READ. Ah craps la Risa and Otani are so cuteeeeeeeeeeee ohmygod I just prances around the house squealing lala but my bro was ignoring me and my mum just gave me a weird look aiya whatever Fiona this is No Time To Be Fangirling.
